Brad Dassler celebrated 10 years of service at Cleveland State Bank on Friday, May 9.

Brad joined the bank in 2015 as a consumer lender. In 2019, Brad was promoted to Vice President of Business Services, a role in which he leads the bank’s commercial lending efforts, helping to drive economic growth and stability within our local communities. Brad’s leadership has been instrumental in building strong relationships with area businesses and delivering financial solutions tailored to community needs.

As a valued member of the Executive Management Team, Brad also plays a critical role in guiding and training the bank’s lending staff. His deep expertise and mentorship have strengthened the bank’s service offerings and internal development.

In addition to his executive responsibilities, Brad goes above and beyond by supporting the bank in other important ways—as a member of the Maintenance Team, he demonstrates a hands-on, team-first mindset that embodies the bank’s values.

“We’re grateful for Brad’s contributions over the past decade,” said Tim Schueler, President of Cleveland State Bank. “His commitment to our customers, employees, and community is evident in everything he does.”

Brad grew up in Cleveland and holds a degree in Finance from UW-Oshkosh. He is the Treasurer of Cleveland Fish and Game, and resides in Cleveland with his wife, Anna and two boys.

Please join us in congratulating Brad on this important milestone and in thanking him for his continued service.
