Brad Dassler celebrated 10 years of service at Cleveland State Bank on Friday, May 9.
Brad grew up in Cleveland where he currently resides with his wife Anna and two boys. Brad holds a bachelors degree in Finance from UW-Oshkosh and joined the bank in 2015 as a consumer lender. In 2019, Brad was promoted to Vice President of Business Services, a role in which he leads the bank’s commercial lending efforts, helping to drive economic growth and stability within our local communities. Brad’s leadership has been instrumental in building strong relationships with area businesses and delivering financial solutions tailored to community needs.
As a valued member of the Executive Management Team, Brad also plays a critical role in guiding and training the bank’s lending staff. His deep expertise and mentorship have strengthened the bank’s service offerings and internal development.
