Betsy Hastreiter celebrated 10 years of service at Cleveland State Bank on Tuesday, December 2.

Betsy grew up in Jackson, Wisconsin and currently resides in St. Nazianz with her husband, Jason, chocolate lab, Brantley, and almost one year old baby girl, Peyton. Betsy holds an associate’s degree in accounting from Lakeshore College. She joined the bank in 2015 as a Personal Banker and has held many roles since then- including Deposit Operations Assistant and BSA Assistant. In 2023, Betsy accepted her current role as Assistant VP of Operations and BSA Officer.

As a valued member of the Leadership and Management Teams, Betsy also plays a critical role in guiding and training the bank’s deposits staff within WISCUB, where she is also a client service representative when needed.

“Betsy has truly become one of the cornerstones of our daily operations at CSB. Her reliability, sharp eye, and genuine care for our customers make her an irreplaceable part of the team. Knowing she’s behind the scenes, making sure every transaction is secure, gives all of us, and our clients, peace of mind. We’re incredibly lucky to have her, and CSB is stronger because of her,” Tim Schueler, President of Cleveland State Bank stated.

Please join us in congratulating Betsy on this important milestone and in thanking her for her continued service.
